The Tug Charles Hughes in the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal at Chesapeake City, Maryland. The 75-ft-long, 1800-horsepower tug, built in La Rose, Louisiana, in 1975, is pushing a barge containing over a million gallons of gasoline en route to Baltimore. The VB-36 was built in 1971 with 37,544 BBLS capacity and GRT 2,187. Number 552900
