In-House Training

A company-exclusive Mate Training program, with full pay and benefits, is available for qualified Vane Brothers mariners, Maritime Academy graduates and current tugboat operators. We also promote advancement from within by offering paid training for Deckhands interested in a Barge Crew/Tankerman position.
